The Department of USA was created in an attempt to gather information regarding the current inhabitants of Tallahassee Florida based on the collection and interpretation of artifacts recovered from site-surveys at five locations throughout the city where people gather regardless of income, social status, political affiliation, skin color, or education. We are all familiar with the emergency 2am run when you need a quart of oil, a pack of underwear, and a gallon of milk, Wal-Mart is there for us.
